Vendors are an important part of Bears Bees + Brews Festival, and they help us create a fun, entertaining and tasty experience for our guests. We are committed to selecting a variety of quality artists, crafters, artisans, merchandise, and food vendors to satisfy our guests while they learn about wildlife and wilderness.
The Festival will be held at Rabbit Rabbit, in downtown Asheville, where authorized vendors will be stationed. The various opportunities are described in more detail below.
Vendors are first come, first considered, so please act quickly as we have very limited space.
To provide the best opportunity for our festival vendors and variation for our festival visitors, we will carefully consider each vendor and their product offerings. When you submit an application, our team will review it first and then reach out to let you know if you have been approved. If approved, we will request the following information to confirm your space.
1) Vendor fee: $125 to be paid within 72 hours of acceptance.
